  • Founder of the Agency, Interior Architect & Project Manager

    After earning his degree in Interior Architecture from L’Institut Supérieur des Arts Appliqués (LISAA) in Paris, Eliel Arnold founded the agency in 2009. He began his career designing wellness spaces, a field that sparked his interest in spatial dynamics such as the flow of movement, natural light, and organic materials.
    He later chose to specialize in workspace design, where he developed the concept of "living offices." Through this approach, he emphasizes the creation of work environments that are both user-centered and rooted in the identity of their original setting, while ensuring smooth and reliable project delivery for clients.
    A passionate illustrator and yoga practitioner, Eliel’s work is deeply informed by these disciplines.

  • Client Director, Psychologist Specialized in Workplace Well-Being

    A senior psychologist with a specialization in workplace well-being, Yaëlle joined the agency in 2016 as Client Director. Her experience has given her deep insight into well-being challenges in spaces open to the public.
    Within the agency, Yaëlle is involved in every stage of a project. During the design phase, she draws on her expertise to understand your needs and help shape a project that reflects your vision. Throughout the construction process, she advises and supports the interior architects, paying close attention to the spirit and history of the space.

  • Interior Architect & Project Manager

    Laetitia joined Agence Arnold in 2017. After earning a BTS in Spatial Design, she pursued a Master’s degree in Interior Architecture at Bellecour School.
    Over the years, she has developed a strong interest and specialization in the design of workspaces. Energetic and curious, Laetitia brings creativity to every project, addressing clients’ challenges with tailored solutions.
    Equally skilled in freehand drawing and digital tools, she is involved in both the design phase and project execution.

  • Administration & Legal Affairs

    A true all-rounder, Isabelle oversees administration, accounting, and all legal matters within the agency. With six years of legal training, she studied law with a focus on real estate, asset management, and construction.
    A key figure in the smooth running of the agency, Isabelle is deeply committed to the idea of transmission serving as a vital link between architects, contractors, and project owners.

  • Interior Architect & Designer

    Passionate about digital technologies, design, and architecture, William brings a sharp and creative eye to the agency. He contributes his expertise as both a Project Manager and Interior Architect, supporting the team across all phases of design and execution.

  • Interior Architect & Project Manager

    Ségolène holds a DNSEP in Spatial Design from the École Nationale Supérieure d’Art de Dijon. Passionate about scenography, living space design, and high-end furniture, she later specialized in Interior Design.
    She joined the agency in 2024 as an Interior Architect and Project Manager, bringing her artistic sensitivity to every project she works on.
